Updated: Dec 22, 2020

With the approaching winter, warm treats can keep the cold away. Hana and I have tested some easy to make winter treats. First, we have a chai tea, with spices that combat the chill. We also tried a number of chocolate mug cake recipes that everyone sees online, and found the best one. The recipes are simple, easy to follow, and most importantly: delicious.

  5. Place the mug into the microwave for 60 - 90 seconds (500W-600W) until the center of the cake is set

  6. Remove from the microwave and enjoy!!

Some things to keep in mind

Cooking time: the cooking time will vary slightly depending on the mug you use and the microwave. So keep an eye on the cake when it is in the microwave.
