Ingredients:
Flour 2 cups
Sugar ¾ cup
Baking soda ¾ teaspoon
Salt ½ teaspoon
Peeled and mashed bananas x3
Whole cream ¼ cup
Lightly beaten eggs x2
Vegetable oil ⅓ cup
Splash of vanilla extract
Recipe:
Combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl. Mix together with a wooden spoon.
2. In another bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, whole cream, eggs, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract using a rubber spatula.
3. Combine the two mixtures together and mix together with a rubber spatula until the batter is well combined and slightly chunky.
4. Pour the batter into a 24-by-14 cm pan.
5. Preheat the oven to 180cº and bake the bread for 1 hour.
6. Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool.
